Nave sin rumbo Por Jorge Moscoso Pedrero El país navega sin rumbo en casi todos los ámbitos de la vida nacional, por todos lados encontramos problemas que el gobierno y el sistema no atinan a resolver , las contradicciones entre las sectores políticos y sociales se agudizan, en el campo y las ciudades la insatisfacción y la pobreza van en aumento. La política económica aplicada por el Estado no ha llevado al país al desarrollo y nos mantiene bajo la dependencia del capital financiero internacional y de la economía norteamericana, sólo un pequeño grupo de mexicanos se ha beneficiado de las riquezas generadas en el suelo nacional, y disfruta plenamente de sus beneficios. Inclusive las clases medias , profesionistas y los pequeños y medianos empresarios que por algunos años pudieron disfrutar de algunos privilegios, cada vez más, ven disminuidos sus ingresos y el acceso a vivienda confortable, vehículo, viajes , ropa de moda, electrodomésticos, salud privada y medicinas se les hacen más inaccesibles. Y ni que decir de la situación que están padeciendo la mayoría de los mexicanos integrada por los obreros, los campesinos, empleados al servicio del gobierno y demás trabajadores que ni siquiera alcanzan a satisfacer plenamente sus necesidades básicas. Es tal el fracaso de la política económica aplicada que en lugar de generarse mayor riqueza y bienestar , va en aumento el número de pobres. La incapacidad del sistema para proporcionar trabajo ha llegado a un punto en que el empleo informal, la migración a los estados unidos y al narcotráfico se han convertido en alternativas para la sobrevivencia de millones de mexicanos e incluso son ahora factor decisivo para la estabilidad política y económica del país. Ello explica en parte el crecimiento de las actividades delictivas que se extienden por la mayor parte del territorio nacional y en cuyo combate por la vía violenta el gobierno ha provocado un baño de sangre con un saldo de miles de muertes, muchos de ellos víctimas inocentes, sin que los resultados signifiquen una disminución del tráfico y el consumo estupefacientes. El uso del ejercito en el combate a la delincuencia no sólo ha servido para buscar la legitimación del poder presidencial, sino que está abriendo el camino para que una de las instituciones que gozaba de mayor respeto ciudadano ,este deteriorando vertiginosamente su imagen y se esté involucrando cada día más en actividades políticas, con los peligros para la democracia que ello significa. Por ello la creciente exigencia de cambiar .la estrategia de combate al llamado crimen organizado atacando las causas sociales y económicas que involucran a amplios sectores con los delincuentes, al mismo tiempo que se ataque el poder financiero y político de los carteles. Economía e inseguridad se juntan a los temas como la política y la democracia en los que los mexicanos estamos altamente insatisfechos, las instituciones edificadas durante los procesos de construcción del Estado mexicano, están totalmente rebasadas. La sociedad no se siente identificada con los llamados representantes populares, las Cámaras Legislativas y los poderes judicial y ejecutivo, cada día se alejan más de los sentimientos de la nación. El cambio de ruta es indispensable, un nuevo pacto social, que permita el modificar el rumbo y atender el reclamo de una vida, digna, justa y libre, que garantice el acceso a los satisfactorios básicos, acabe con la pobreza, las discriminaciones y privilegios es posible y necesario. Ship aimlessly By Jorge Moscoso Pedrero The country sails aimlessly in almost all the environments of the national life, on all sides we find problems that the government and the system do not get it right to resolve, the contradictions between the social and political sectors are intensified, in the country and the cities the dissatisfaction and the poverty are on the rise. The economic politics applied by the State has not carried to the country to the development and maintains us under the dependence of the international financial capital and of the American economy, only a small group of Mexicans has been benefited of the on the ground national wealth generated, and enjoys fully of its benefits. Inclusive the average classes, professionals and the small and medium businessmen that by some years could enjoy some privileges, each time more, they see diminished their incomes and the access to comfortable dwelling, vehicle, trips, electric, fashionable clothes, private health and medicines are done them more inaccessible. And neither that to say of the situation that are suffering the majority of the Mexicans comprising the laborers, the peasants, employed to the service of the government and others industrious that not even they reach to satisfy fully their basic needs. It is such the failure of the economic politics applied that instead of being generated greater wealth and welfare, is on the rise the number of poor. The incapacity of the system to provide work has arrived at a point in which the informal employment, the migration to the United States and to the drug trafficking have become alternatives for the survival of millions of Mexicans and even they are now decisive factor The economic and political stability of the country. It explains in part the
growth of the criminal activities that extend for most of the
national territory and in whose battle by the violent way the
government has caused a bath of blood with a balance of thousands of
deaths, many of them innocent victims, without the results The use of the I exercise in the battle to the delinquency only has not served to seek the recognition of the presidential power, but is opening the road so that one of the institutions that enjoyed greater civic respect, this deteriorating giddily its image and each day is being involved more in political activities, with the dangers for the democracy that it signifies. Economy and insecurity join to the themes as the politics and the democracy in which the Mexicans we are highly dissatisfied, the institutions built during the processes of construction of the Mexican State, they are completely surpassed. The company does not feel identifying with the calls popular representatives, the Legislative Cameras and the executive and judicial powers, each day move away more than the feelings of the nation. The change of route is indispensable, a new social contract, that permit the to modify the course and to attend the claim of a life, worthy, just and free, that guarantee the access to the satisfactory basic, to put an end to the poverty, the discriminations and privileges is possible and necessary. |
